Nondiscrimination Policy
The Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing, in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, gender, veteran status, religion, creed, marital status, sexual orientation, genetic predisposition or carrier status or qualified handicap in any of its policies, procedures or practices. This non-discrimination policy covers admission and access to school programs and activities, including but not limited to academic admissions, financial aid, educational services and student employment.

Policy Changes
Students are expected to be familiar with all policies, requirements and regulations of the School as stated in its most current School catalog and the Student Handbook. The School reserves the right to change, without prior notice, any statements concerning tuition, fees, charges, academic regulations and requirements, course cancellations, curricula or credits. Such modifications may apply to enrolled and prospective students alike.
